Yet Another Shitty eBay Seller

I have had more trouble with eBay sellers the last 6-8 months, than I have in the last 18-19 years that I have been using eBay, I guess it is just a testament to the decline of society......

I was perusing the internet, getting together a list of First Person Shooters that were on the original Xbox as I am trying to get them all, and I came across picture of Brothers in Arms Road to Hill 30, and it had a Map? I didn't recall either of my copies having a map, I have it for both PlayStation 2 and the original Xbox, and when I checked both my cases, neither had the map.

I know I bought it new back in the mid 2000's so I should have the map right?, But then I remembered at some point I have had to replace a couple games I know I had (Burnout 3, One of the Grand Theft Auto games and a few misc others) that disappeared, anyway......

So I checked eBay and a google image search, and sure enough, there was a map. This was Saturday. By Sunday evening my OCD couldn't handle it anymore, and I hopped on eBay checking for just the map, or cheap enough copies of the game that included the map. Found one person selling the Map and Manual for $4.65 or 4.85 shipped, but there were a couple copies of the game for less than 5 shipped, so I focused in on those, as I could resell the game itself and recoup a few bucks on acquiring the map, hey why not?

So I finally settle on one for $4.00 shipped, it is complete, the pictures are not the greatest, but I can see the map is there, along with everything else. The seller, who has 100% Positive Feedback, had the item listed as Very Good Condition.

Here is eBay's definition of Very Good Condition: An item that is used but still in very good condition. No damage to the jewel case or item cover, no scuffs, scratches cracks, or holes. The cover art and liner notes are included. The VHS or DVD box is included. The video game instructions and box are included. The teeth of disk holder are undamaged. Minimal wear on the exterior of item. No skipping on CD/DVD. No fuzzy/snowy frames on VHS tape. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Here is what I received:
WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!?

The seller must not have had their glasses on or something, this item is the opposite of Very Good Condition. EVERYTHING is Fucking worn, And the Map, the only Goddamned reason I bought this to begin with, Torn in Two! UGH!!!!! Where did the seller find this, in a Condemned House, Dumpster, Laying in the Street, Who the Fuck knows?

The Case

 The Artwork

The Manual

 The Map

Given the condition of everything else, the disc itself was surprisingly good.

Seriously, I was Fucking Pissed the second I opened the package, I immediately went to eBay and filed a claim, uploaded the pictures of this trash, and was refunded in less than an hour, with a note I could keep the item.

What the fuck am I gonna do with this trash? I might tape the map together, and throw it in my PS2 copy (guess that gives you a hint of which system I prefer huh?)

Who is this wonderful, trust worthy eBay seller you ask? Well let me tell you:
Sellers information
From somewhere in Georgia

Now, Do I leave this Jackass Negative feedback? Or do I leave him neutral feedback? Or just not leave any at all?  I was refunded within an hour of filing the item not as described claim.

Leave me a note, what would you do? I got 90 days to leave feedback.

Thanks for Reading!
